The ocean contains about 3.5% salts, of which NaCl, or Sodium Chloride is about 2.6%. The Dead Sea has a salt concentration of about 27%. Sea Salt contains minerals such as magnesium, calcium, bromine and potassium, and each mineral has a different pH level. In the Oct/Nov 2007 issue of Modern Bride Magazine, Beauty Director, Mary Clark underwent microdermabrasion treatments by NYC Dermatologist Amy Wechsler, MD.
