GreatNewSkinTM operates as an online store. We strive to serve you well, and are here to assist you!
Our office hours are Tuesday - Thursday 10-4 pm MST and Fridays 10-noon MST.
We are closed on Mondays, all USA holidays and the following business day.

We value your privacy as we value our own. GreatNewSkinTM guarantees we will not disclose, sell, or share any personal information of any customer to any individual or business entity, unless we are required to do so by law.
Return Policy
We hope our you are pleased with our purchase; we know this will not always be the case. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible! We will make every effort to see that you are pleased; whether through an instore credit, or refund (to be determined by GreatNewSkinTM). We have a 14 day guarantee on all products from the date of purchase upon receipt of said product, less tax and shipping fees. Risk of Loss remains with buyer.

International payments through PayPal only, orders must be shipped to Paypal payment address, thank you!
PayPal does not require a fee for use. You may pay via your checking or credit card thru PayPal. PayPal protects both the buyer and the seller. We are proud to carry their services.
Shipping and Handling Policies
Free shipping for US orders over $70.00 (retail total). Orders are shipped USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation compliments of GreatNewSkinTM
Shipping fees for orders under $70, and International, are included in the order price.
We are happy to combine International shipping fees and invoice you directly, please email: sayskin@greatnewskin.com
USA orders: We do recommend you insure your order. Only one insurance purchase is necessary per order. Unfortunately we are unable to replace damaged, or missing items for uninsured orders. Risk of loss remains with buyer.
International orders:
International payments are through PayPal only please. Orders must be shipped to PayPal payment address, thank you!
International please note: only USPS International Global Express insured shipments may be insured. Problems are rare, but they do occur. Please provide a phone number with all USPS Global Express insured shipments.

GreatNewSkin is not responsible for your International order once it is in the U.S. postal system. Although lost mail is rare, on occasion it does occur, as does theft. Risk of loss remains with buyer. International please contact us if you wish us to invoice you for USPS International Global Express insured shipping for orders: sayskin@greatnewskin.com
Orders can be shipped to only one address. Please complete a new order for each delivery.
Orders are shipped within 24 hours pending office hours and USA holidays, then orders are shipped the next business day.
All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. GreatNewSkin bears no responsibility for orders upon delivery confirmation from the United States Postal Service.
Orders over $150 require signature upon delivery by the USPostal Service.
Sales Tax
The State of Colorado requires us to collect and remit a sales tax of 5.6% on all sales made to Colorado residents.
